[ Determinism ]
Determinism 中文譯為「決定論」，
是指「絕對宿命」，自由度等於零。
「決定論」認為生命過程中的每一個細節，都早已被決定。
絕對宿命論者認為，命運是
a fixed sequence of events that is inevitable,
unchangeable and uncontrollable.

結論就是：
人只能夠接受他的命運，一切抉擇和隨後的行動都是徒然！
世界上沒有偶然發生的事，
許多偶然的事和意外可能都只是隱藏了原因的必然。
稍為有邏輯思考能力的基督徒，
明白 Predestination 和希臘人的 Fate 一樣，
其實都是 Determinism，
人的命運，由神決定，人根本就沒有自由意志！
唯一的出路就是說：
「人的自由意志來自魔鬼，源於魔鬼從中作梗」，
但基督徒又不願意這樣提升魔鬼在心靈方面的地位和價值，
大有可能「被迫」創造新的哲學詞彙來描述同一狀況。
一旦這種情況出現，就證明在重視邏輯思考的基督徒心裡，
魔鬼已經戰勝了神！
行為心理學家 B. F. Skinner 就是絕對宿命論者，他認為
Freedom is an illusion.
Behavior is determined by genetics and the environment.
There is no such thing as the autonomous person.
初級代數可否解決複雜的微積分問題？
認為西方占星術 Western Astrology 是偽科學的哲學家，
往往疏忽地一視同仁，認為中國傳統命理學亦是偽科學，
忽略了西方占星術和中國傳統命理學並非同類。
就好像蛇和人並非同類一樣，
人可以做到的東西，蛇未必能夠做到。
只接觸過西方占星術的知識份子，
當然不可能理解中國文化在命運方面的研究。
其實道理很簡單，沒有微積分和微分方程這種數學工具，
物理學家可以怎樣研究物理學？
西方占星術只不過是曖昧的猜謎遊戲而已。
