[ 個人快樂方式的活在當下 ]
其實還有另一種「活在當下」的哲學,
就是認為應該重視自己,做自己喜歡的事情,
更加要重視自己多於重視別人。
「最緊要自己開心,一定唔會待薄自己!」
不少勵志人士喜歡替思想戴上樂觀或悲觀的帽子,
寧靜方式的活在當下拒絕這種糊塗的兩分法,
刺激方式的活在當下是最「當下」,
而個人快樂方式的活在當下應該是最「樂觀」!
即使部份擁抱這類思想的人有時也會關心別人,
但要活得開心,就要對整體人類的痛苦視若無睹,
既無需擔憂下一代的痛苦,亦無需擔憂環境惡化的問題,
因為下一代的危機,就讓下一代去承受和解決。
所以在人身自由及環境污染日益惡化的時代,
有唯利是圖和無知者一起堅持「兒孫自有兒孫福」。
人無百歲命,常懷千歲憂!
我們是活在當下、活在今天。
今天不知明天事,無謂諗咁多,
今朝有酒今朝醉,明日愁來明日愁,
有得食就食,有得睡就睡,有得歎就歎,有得威就威,
跟誰在一起覺得舒服就跟誰在一起。
正所謂人各有志,請大家不要再宣傳大愛。
責任,就讓那些活在明天的人去承擔罷!
「所以不要為明天憂慮,因為明天有明天的憂慮,
一天的難處一天當就夠了。」
《馬太福音 6:34》
西方人繼承基督教之後,就提出了這個想法:
Eat when you are hungry.
Rest when you are tired.
Relax when you are stressed.
Fuck when you are horny.
Kill when you are angry.
Step back when you are overwhelmed.
Listen to your body.
Listen to your ego.
用禪宗的看法,就是「肚餓時,吃;疲倦時,睡」!

筆者當年讀大學的時候,
一位中學的同學介紹筆者聽女歌手 Vikki Carr 的歌,
筆者非常喜歡西班牙歌曲中表達的真摰感情,
雖然這種真和誠可能只不過是非常短暫的激情,
筆者尤其喜歡《Adoro》和《Cuando calienta el sol》,
因為每當聆聽欣賞時都有活在當下的感覺。

這種「活在當下」的哲學,
只是表達了對「個人」生命的尊重和珍惜,
完全不會考慮「兼善天下」,
可以稱為「個人快樂方式的活在當下」!

不少人十分認同「個人快樂方式的活在當下」,
因為他們明白「寧靜方式的活在當下」只能夠
帶來超越 transcendence,不一定能夠帶來快樂 happiness。

[ 懶人方式的活在當下 ]
在網絡上看到這句故作高深的說話:
人活一世,看似長久,實則只有三天
──昨天、今天、明天。
昨天,過去了,不再煩;
今天,正在過,不用煩;
明天,還沒到,煩不著。
這種懶人方式的活在當下,
比個人快樂方式的活在當下更進一步,
因為根本不必花精神去思考,亦毋需解釋,
甚麼都不用擔心,不必煩,船到橋頭自然直!

千萬不要以為「懶人方式的活在當下」沒有道理,
因為只要懶人能夠避免陷入惡劣的境況,
只要懶人堅持醉生夢死,堅持拒絕深刻思考,
他們在糊裡糊塗之中,就掌握了人世間「五大真理」:
1. No one is the reason for your happiness
except you yourself.
2. Waste no time and effort searching for
peace and contentment and joy in the world
outside of yourself.
3. Stop thinking too much.
Sometimes it is not within your ability
to understand the issue / problem,
and sometimes there is no answer at all.
Laziness in thinking often saves a man
from going mad in an insane society.
4. Smile, sleep, play and excrete.
You don’t own all the problems in the world.
Leave them to capable people.
5. Accept and be contented with your reality.
Idleness is the stupidity of the body,
and stupidity is the idleness of the mind.
