余澹富說：
在我贏得大貪官的信任之後，
我首先做的事是鼓勵他強化自我，
因為「我係我，我愛自己，我做回自己」是一般
懶於思考或者討厭批判思維的人都擁抱的意識形態，
他們很容易就墮進了這個意識形態的陷阱，
所以我撞板的機會微乎其微。
在一個遠離真理的社會，不但統治階層討厭說出真理的人，
一般思考力不足的人都討厭說出真理的人。
既然「鼓勵愛自己」這一步十分成功，
我就用其他的勵志金句來激勵大貪官的士氣，
讓他聽到之後「俱懷逸興壯思飛，欲上青天攬明月」：

蒙古人，尤其是成吉思汗，一早就懂得這個道理，
然而現代中國人已經遺忘了。
禮失求諸野，兼且中國人一向媚外，
為了讓大貪官、良禽、虎倀和識時務者壯志凌雲，
我搜集及整理了西方近代文明中，
一些能夠應用在大部份積極追求成功人士身上，
放諸四海而皆準的勵志金句，來為他們打氣：

我告訴大貪官，有一個名叫胡圖松的人說：
「你怎麼看人便代表你是一個怎樣的人，
市民認為眼見的全是醜惡、刻毒、涼薄、自私，
是非黑白不分的人事物，
那就代表他們心中只有醜惡、刻毒、涼薄、自私，
自己是非黑白不分，沒有美善。」
所以根本不用理會那些醜惡、刻毒、涼薄、自私，
是非黑白不分的市民。
要記著：要堅持做你自己，切莫討好任何人。
千萬不要讓別人的懷疑來否定自己！
When someone walks away from you,
it’s not the end of your dream.

what needs to be done.

當大貪官強化了自我，回復了信心之後，
余澹富就繼續指出為何要大貪，不能夠安於小貪：
只有貪污夠大、夠多，
才有資格成為國際私人銀行的高端客戶，
就好像殺人夠多，才有資格成為英雄一樣。
[擁戴和愛護希特勒]
如果成吉思汗和希特勒再生，並且成為我的客戶，
我一定會叫他們信奉基督教，
而且不要揀天主教，因為天主教有教宗指手劃腳。
一旦成吉思汗和希特勒信奉了基督教之後，
他們的權力就變成由神而來，
因為聖經說：「凡掌權的都是神所命的」。
以後成吉思汗和希特勒做任何事情，
不是都立即變得理直氣壯嗎？
「在上有權柄的，人人當順服他，
因為沒有權柄不是出於神的。
凡掌權的都是神所命的。
所以，抗拒掌權的就是抗拒神的命；
抗拒的必自取刑罰。」《羅馬書 13:1-2》
